We are HIRING Dubai based experienced PROPERTY CONSULANTS for selling UAE properties. The candidates must have :- • Strong communication skills with passion for sales of Real estate industry. • Basic knowledge of Dubai Real Estate & possesses least 6 months work experience as Property Consultant • Presentable personality with a professional attitude • Strong understanding of secondary sales, leasing & off-plan property transactions. • Confident in handling client inquiries, property viewings, deal closure. • Identify & understand client requirements and provide suitable property options. • Conduct property viewings, inspections, and presentation. • Negotiate prices, terms, and agreement to successfully close deals. • Provide after-sales support to clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. • Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and new project launches.
